To develop rules for TCK based on the regulations and
articles of association of the CSIT observing and applying
the regulations in the rule rather than the exception within
the CSIT |

To consolidate the sub-committees Arbitration and Grades.
The resolutions as to be strategy are worked out here in
detail. All this on the instruction and under the
responsibility of the Board of the TCK |

To continue working at one international line for the
arbitration. In addition to the usual course of instruction
for referees, preceding a CSIT - Championship an interim
training activity is to be examined with respect to its
feasibility. If it appears to be feasible a course can be
taken care of by the sub-committee. |

To reach a grading / classification of a CSIT referee corps. |
|
5. |
To try and reach a basis of recognition and acquisition of
Dan-grades. To develop / establish a method that is directed
to this basis. |

6. |
To offer international training weekends. These weekends
serve to cover the requirements within CSIT. In principle
these trainings can also cover the fields of activity of the
sub-committees. Within the CSIT an inventory of the wishes,
needs and financial feasibility will have to be taken. |

An international programme of activities will have to be
arranged, actualized and distributed. Associations being
members of the CSIT should be able to participate in one
another's international tournaments / activities and be
allowed to use one another's referees / cadre. |

To try to come to better mutual relations both in the field
of sports and socially, as meant and referred to in the
Articles of the Association of the CSIT. |

9. |
To maintain contacts with the associations and federations
so as to get shorter lines of communication. This aim at a
better understanding of the developments within Karate. |
|
10. |
To invited countries as candidates for the organization of
the biennial CSIT Championships. To give these candidates
guiding-lines, information and advice. The object is to get
and maintain a CSIT Championship characterized by high
quality, high value and respectability. |

11. |
To inform national associations regularly of the progress
made and developments reached within the TCK and the Karate
as practised within the CSIT. |
|
The resolutions as to the strategy can be translated at this
moment into the following programme of activities:

2006: Open CSIT Cadets & Juniors Karate World Cup for
Workers in Albena - Bulgaria

2007: CSIT Senior Karate Championships Men and Women in
?, preceded by an international CSIT course of
instruction for referees and CSIT-Dan examinations.
